Spring is always painted as this holy, bright time of the year. The season does reel in new life and positive vibes when the sun stays out, but what about the darker side of spring? While everyone is riding the y2k trend ( which I love, love) what happened to grunge, or goth core that was dominating the trends pre-COVID? Where did all the messy flannel driven people go? Where is the darker side of fashion hiding at? I put together some of my favorite spring looks featuring the dark side of the season. Not everything has to be all cutesy. Sometimes you need to tap into the darker side of spring.
Quintessential witch shows of the 90s early 2000s pretty much include (and stop with) Sabrina The Teenage Witch and Charmed. Sabrina falls into that typical nice witch style, so this 90s inspired witchy vibes are inspired by Charmed. This dress is minty and satin and def straight out of the 90s. Pull out the black lipstick, claw clip and you're ready to go. Simplicity is key. I paired with Docs but any black combat boot will do.
