The Club's Choice: Shackets

I love a good Shacket! At first I thought the term sounded a little arbitrary, but as I dive into this fashion movement it turns out the term fits. I know I love to fill you in on the latest trends, but you also know that trends do not define our fashion choices. The beauty of shopping vintage and resale is because of the unlimited possibilities, so having said that, I do believe the shacket has a special place in the fashion world. Maybe its because I was already sporting a shacket well before the term was coined but shackets remind me of the traditional cholo plaid button up. In fact its the same thing. The shacket is a little thicker, so I also think of that red plaid button up you might find on a sexy mountain men in an Axe ad. You can see why these thoughts are popping up in my head.
